The RUNNing? query returns status that indicates whether a waveform is being
output or not.

The SELFcal? query runs the selected calibration routine(s) and returns the
results of the routine's execution.
NOTE. The waveform generator does not respond to any commands or queries
issued during the self-cal. The self-cal takes up to 30 seconds to complete.
