Function
1)
ATTRIBUTES
• LOOP plays back the steps from the first to the last in this order and repeats this forward playback.
• REVERSE plays back the steps from the last to the first in this order and repeats this backward
playback.
• RETURN plays back the steps from the first to the last in this order, then performs backward
playback toward the first step, and repeats this bidirectional playback.
• RANDOM1 randomly selects steps for playback.
Time for each STEP is played back by time over all STEPs as a batch under time control.
• RANDOM2 randomly selects between a STEP, time (0.01 s to 0.5 s), and time control for playback.
• RANDOM3 randomly selects between multiple STEPs (1 to 3), time (0.01 s to 0.5 s), and time control
for playback.
• Termination status STOP ON repeats playback the specified number of times and stops with the
lighting maintaining at its last level.
This attribute is treated as being as playback in progress even after it is stopped, so the EFFECT
number that is being played back remains on the CUE Progress (PLAYBACK) screen.
Playback ends in any of the following cases:
a) The fade end is reached after a CUE is executed that turns off this EFFECT with a trigger.
b) The fader position of the submaster to which this EFFECT is assigned is placed at 0.
• Termination status STOP OFF repeats playback the specified number of times and stops with this
EFFECT's lighting turned off.

Time
• The cross-fade time for a CUT between steps is 0 seconds and the time held at the fade end is the
specified time (TIME).
• The cross-fade time for a FADE between steps is the specified time (TIME) and the time held at the
fade end is 0 seconds.
• The STEP-BATCH mode executes all STEPS at this time.
• The Each-STEP mode, where the STEP-BATCH mode has been set, executes each STEP at the
time of each STEP and under the time control of each STEP.
