Specify whether the MEP is up or down facing.
Up-MEP: monitors the forwarding path internal to a
bridge on the customer or provider edge; on Dell
Networking systems, the internal forwarding path is
effectively the switch fabric and forwarding engine.
Down-MEP: monitors the forwarding path external to
another bridge.
Enter the keyword domain and then enter the domain name
or domain level.
Enter the keyword ma-name and then enter the name of the
maintenance association.
Enter an MEP ID. The range is from 1 to 8191.
