Connecting the Spray Hose
and Gun
Parts needed for this procedure:

Hose 1.3 x 762 cm (1/2 x 300 inch)
1
Spray gun
2
Hose clamp
1
Spray gun barbed fitting
Procedure
Note: To insert the barbed fitting into the hose more easily,
apply a light coat of a non-petroleum-based lubricant, such as
vegetable oil to the barbed end of the fitting.
1. Assemble the Spray gun barbed fitting onto the fitting
in the spray gun

2. Assemble the hose 1.3 x 762 cm (1/2 x 300 inch) onto
the pray gun barbed fitting and secure the hose to the
fitting with a hose clamp

3. Place the spray gun in the spray gun bracket, route the
hose around the hose mount, and route the free end of
the hose to the 4-way valve as shown in

1. Assemble the hose 1.9 x 114 cm (3/4 x 45.0 inch) onto
the straight-barbed fitting at the forward side of the
tank rinse pump
