(1) There is no error display, but the motor will not rotate at all.
Investigation items
1 Check the wiring
around spindle drive
unit. Also check for
loose terminal screws,
broken wires, etc.
2 Check the input
voltage.
3 Confirm all spindle
parameters.
4 Check the input
signals.
• Are the ready ON,
forward run and
reverse run signals
input?
• Particularly, the
forward run and
reverse run signals
must be input 1 sec.
or more after the
ready on signal.
• Also check if the
forward run and
reverse run signals
are ON
simultaneously.
5 Check the speed
command.

screws. Replace the cable.
