Routine Maintenance Frequency
Perform routine maintenance monthly, quarterly, and semiyearly.

If the NetCol5000-C will be idle for a long time in the low temperature area, switch off the
chilled water stop valve and humidifier water inlet valve to prevent freezing.

The condensate pump, float, electric heater, and humidifier are optional components. If not configured,
ignore the maintenance for them.
Operation
Check whether an air
filter is blocked.
Check whether an air
filter is damaged or
deformed.
Check whether the
exhaust valve (as
shown in Figure
is leaking.
Check that screws
fastening the
condensate pump and
water sensor are
securely connected.
Check that the water
pan filter is clean and
not blocked.
The humidifier
cylinder interior wall
is free from layered
water scale.

Troubleshooting
Clean (water can be used)
or replace the air filter.
Replace the air filter by
referring to 6.4.3
Replacing an Air Filter

Shut down the exhaust
valve.
