3) Set summer or winter time.
0 : Set winter time.
1 : Set summer time.
4) Set advance notice of summer/winter time switching.
0 : Not switch between summer and winter times in an hour
1 : Switches between summer and winter times in an hour
5) Set the time difference (the time to be added or subtracted).
The value, 0 means "No addition or subtraction".
Set value: 0 to 31 (Unit: x 0.5 hours)
6) Set the time calculation method.
0 : Adds the time difference
1 : Subtracts the time difference
