Add Personal Directory Entry

Procedure
Step 1
Press Contacts
Step 2 Sign in to Personal Directory.
Step 3 Select Personal Address Book.
Step 4
Press Submit.
Step 5 Press New and enter a name or nick name.
Step 6 Press Phones and enter the phone number along with require access codes.
Step 7 Press Submit.
Edit Personal Directory Entry
Procedure
Step 1 Sign in to Personal Directory and search for an entry.
Step 2
Select the entry.
Step 3 Press Edit to modify the name or email address.
Step 4 Modify the name or email address.
Step 5 Press Phones to modify a phone number.
Step 6
Press Update.
Delete Personal Directory Entry
Procedure
Step 1
Sign in to Personal Directory and search for an entry.
Step 2 Select the entry.
Step 3 Press Edit.
Step 4 Press Delete.
