CYLINDER INSTALLATION
Install the two dowel
and a new

CYLINDER/PISTON
Coat the cylinder bore, piston and piston with fresh
engine oiL

lower the cylinder over the piston by compressing
the piston rings, one at a time.
CAUTION
• Do not the cylinder over a ring; you may damage the
piston and piston rings.

install the cylinder base bolt and seal washer.
Install the cam chain
NOTE
• Push the guide in until it bottoms in the crankcase
hole.
Install the water hose to the cylinder.
install the

head (section 6).
