It means to turn on IP bandmac policy. Even the IP is not in the
policy table, it can still access into network.
It means to turn off all the bindmac policy.
It means that only those IP address in IP bindmac policy table can /
can not access into network.
It means to set LAN subnet to bind strict mode.
It means to display the IP address and MAC address of the pair of
binded one.
It means to add one ip bindmac.
