Filter value (addresses 6 – 9)
1.
If the filtering constant value is set to '0', temperature-converted value of the
sampled temperature will be the output instead of the filtered value as the specific
channel will not be filtered.
2.
If filtering constant value is set to '1 – 159' or '64001' or more, an error will occur,
and the value will be internally reset to 0.
