1*: If sensor and compensating wire are shielded, connect the shield line
to FG terminal of the module.
2*:4-wired sensor connection is the same as in 3-wire. However, there
are 4 sensor wires. The wire with an identical sign to the wire connected
to terminal A should not be connected to the module.
