3. In order to monitor the variation value (variation rate) of input variation alarm, open
FLAG monitoring window and set the alarm operation to Enable. Set the alarm
operation to Enable on the Special Module-Monitoring window.
4. Open FLAG monitoring window to set the alarm operation to enable as shown in
the below screen.
