MOUNTING THE TRANSMITTER

Flange mount

Step
To mount a flange mounted transmitter, bolt the transmitter's

flange to the flange on the roof of the tank.
On insulated tanks, remove enough insulation to accommodate
the flange extension.

Note: It is the End User's responsibility to provide a flange gasket
and mounting hardware that are suitable for the transmitter's
service condition.
Use unpainted, metal bolts to ensure a reliable electrical contact

between the tank and transmitter.
