15. Screw the spindles (27) in the spindle support
(58). Ensure that the balls (59) remain in the tip
of each spindle (27) and that the grooves (60) in
the spindles (57) are approximately 20 mm above
the top edge of the spindle support (58).

16. Perform steps 7 through 12 in reverse order to
reattach the top frame (48) and extendible
platform (4) to the scissors lift table.
Tighten both countersunk head screws (50) on
each stop plate (51) with a torque of 26 Nm.
Screw the threaded bolts (55) into the bracket
(56) and secure them with new self-locking M12
nuts. Tighten the nuts with a torque of 86 Nm.
NOTICE
The scissors lift table could be damaged when
reinstalling the platforms!
The top frame or the platform itself could be
damaged when installing the platform in the
scissors lift table.
When pushing the extendible platform into the
top frame, ensure that the green guide pieces
do not fall off.
When pushing the extendible platform into the
top frame, ensure that the guide rails are not
caught.
After loosening the self-locking M12 nuts,
always replace the old M12 nuts with new self-
locking M12 nuts.
If necessary, replace the SP04004452
threaded bolts only with original replacement
parts.
