Inspecting the Functionality of the
Mechanical Lock
1.
Perform steps 1 through 3 in section
Protective Bellows to open the protective bellows
(5).

Perform steps 1 through 3 in section
Compressed-Air Supply to connect the
compressed-air supply to the scissors lift table.
3.
Ensure that there are no loads on the platforms
(3) or (4).
4.
Ensure that the mechanical lock (17) is
functioning correctly.
There are two ways to ensure that the mechanical
lock is functioning correctly.
Press the end of the pedal marked "PUMP" to
raise the platforms. Observe the locking block
and ensure that its tooth clicks into the
notches of the mechanical lock.
Press the lever to release the mechanical lock.
Observe the spring and ensure that the spring
is released.

Cleaning the Protective Bellows

If aggressive fluids flow onto the protective bellows,
such as battery fluid or gasoline, wipe the fluid from
the protective bellows with clean rags. Dispose of the
rags at an authorised waste collection site.

Cleaning the Scissors Lift Table

Clean dirt and dust from all surfaces of the scissors
lift table with clean rags.
5.7

Inspecting the Hose for Leaks

Inspect the surface of the hose for cuts, tears, and
extensive wear.
If damaged or in poor condition, take the scissors lift
table out of operation immediately and call the service
hotline.

Lubricating the Joints

1.
Perform steps 1 through 3 in section
Protective Bellows to open the protective bellows
(5).
2.
Lubricate the joints with a grease gun.
Use only 22320 Divinol Lithogrease 000.
Pump grease into the joints until only new grease
can be seen escaping from the joints. Wipe away
the excess grease.

Perform steps 5 through 6 in section
Protective Bellows to secure the protective
bellows (5) to the scissors lift table again.
