Scissors lift table

23. If necessary, repeat steps 4 through 7 to move
the scissors lift table to the work site.
WARNING
Danger of Collisions!
Moving the scissors lift table with a vehicle part
on it could cause collisions. This could result in
serious personal injuries or severe damage to
materials.
Move the scissors lift table only in its lowest
position when a vehicle part is on the scissors
lift table.
Do not exceed a speed of 4 km/h.
Position the vehicle part on the scissors lift
table to minimise how much of the vehicle
part hangs over the edges of the platforms
and so that the path is clearly visible.
24. If necessary, repeat steps 10 through 14 to raise
or lower the platforms (3) and (4) to an
ergonomic height for service and maintenance
work.
25. Perform the service and maintenance work (see
the automobile manufacturer's workshop manual).
26. Perform step 16 through 19 in reverse order to
remove the vehicle part from the scissors lift table.
27. Store the scissors lift table in a suitable location.
Prevent the scissors lift table from rolling by
pressing the brake pedal (12) to activate the
brakes.
