10. Loosen the M20 x 1.5 5.6 nut on the locking pin
(29) and set it aside. Remove the locking pin (29)
from the extendible platform (4) and dispose of it.

11. Screw the new locking pin (29) into the
extendible platform (4) and secure it with the
M20 x 1.5 5.6 nut. Tighten the M20 x 1.5 5.6 nut
with a torque of 80 Nm to 100 Nm.
12. Perform steps 7 through 9 in reverse order to
reattach the extendible platform (4) to the
scissors lift table.
Tighten both countersunk head screws (50) on
each stop plate (51) with a torque of 26 Nm.
NOTICE
The scissors lift table could be damaged when
reinstalling the platforms!
The top frame or the platform itself could be
damaged when installing the platform in the
scissors lift table.
When pushing the extendible platform into the
top frame, ensure that the green guide pieces
do not fall off.
When pushing the extendible platform into the
top frame, ensure that the guide rails are not
caught.
13. If necessary, adjust the extendible platform (4).

The threaded bolts in the holes (53) adjust the
space between the top frame (48) and the outer
side of the extendible platform (4). The threaded
bolts in the holes (54) adjust the space between
top frame (48) and the inner side of the
extendible platform (4).
For more space, turn the threaded bolts in the
holes (53) and (54) in the extendible platform
(4) counter-clockwise.
For less space, first pull out the extendible
platform (4) and then turn the threaded bolts
in the holes (53) and (54) in the extendible
platform (4) clockwise.
