Launch TDU and Retrieve Event and Error Logs

The TDU can be launched by running the TDU.exe file from the C:\Treadmill
Diagnostic Utility\ directory, or right-click the TDU.exe and select Send To >
Desktop (create shortcut) to create a shortcut.
• For laptop/PC – Connect an RS232 DB9 cable (pn 700609-002) to the serial

Enter the T2100 Treadmill serial number, or other identifying text (up to 16 digits).

Communication between the TDU and the T2100 Treadmill is established.

Click Retrieve event logs.
The latest log file is loaded into the List of log files panel. (Also, all existing log
files in the C:\Treadmill Diagnostic Utility\ are displayed.)

Double-click the log file name (in the top panel) and view the list of events and
errors (in the bottom panel).
