Displays the retry count of the fabric commands.

Description
Use this command to display the retry count of various fabric commands. The first line of
output displays SW_ISL, the ISL ports.
The subsequent lines display the retry count for the following fabric commands:

RDI
BF
RSCN
FWD
EMT
ETP
GAID
