I Installation procedure

When installing the LD assembly, properly position it by pressing it against the three
positioning brackets.
Accomplish installation by reversing the removal procedure.
I Check procedure
CAUTION
Before removing a cover, be sure to turn OFF the high-voltage switch. Removing a cover
with the machine turned ON causes photomultiplier damage.
(1) Turn ON the machine.
(2) Verify that the machine starts up normally.
(3) Check for image problems.
