Possible Causes
Communication with
the PoE module is
interrupted.
The output is
overloaded or the
power supply pin is
short-circuited.
The monitoring board
hardware is faulty.
Phase voltage is
below the open-phase
threshold.

Procedure
Check the cable
connection to the
general input unit.
● Check whether the
output is
overloaded.
● Check that the
power supply pin is
not short-circuited.
● Check that no
other alarm is
generated for the
monitoring board.
● Replace the
monitoring board.
● Check the power
input.
● Use the power
supply with a
normal input
voltage.
