4> Feature BMSNB
Authorizes the types and number of northbound interfaces.
Query the license of the faulty site and it is found that there are only the COMMON and
INSTALL control items. No control item for port types and lines is detected.
3. Operations can be performed on devices that are added by using the temporary license,
although the existing commercial license does not authorize ADSL ports. But the client keeps
prompting the license error.
4. After the commercial license is used and the device is added, related modules communicate
with the license center and obtain authorization during the data synchronization of the device.
As the license does not authorize the port types and lines, the N2000 BMS deletes the device
automatically, which causes the problem.
5. When the earlier and later licenses exist at the same time, the error of the license file can be
located according to the following two situations:
1> Check whether the current N2000 BMS replaces the N2000 BMS of versions earlier than
V200R009. If yes, it is possible that the license does not authorize the management capacity.
Ensure that the later license is not used any more on the N2000 BMS. Then submit the later
license to the Notes electronic workflow Platform License and upgrade it to the earlier license.
Obtain the LAC from the electronic workflow, download the earlier license from the license
website, and then consolidate the earlier license with the later one that does not authorize the
management capacity of the device.
2> If the existing N2000 BMS is newly installed, contact the marketing representative and
modify the contract to solve the problem.
Handling Proce
If the problem is not caused by the license, collect and report the following information:
ss:
1. The debug information about the process of the related NE
2. N2000\server\conf\log\base_pserverID*.log
3. N2000\server\debug\process name*.log
4. N2000\server\log\process name*.log
