Checking Errors by the LED and Corrective Actions

This chapter describes how to check errors on the LED.

LED LED status
EtherNet/IP module mounting error
Insufficient power supply
RUN Off
Watchdog timer error
CPU module failure
Module stop error (Hardware error,

invalid IP address etc.)
Module continuation error (Parameter

The following table shows possible causes indicated by the LED status of the
EtherNet/IP module and corrective actions.

Corrective action
Turn off the power and mount the EtherNet/IP module correctly.
Check the power capacity of the programmable controller
system.
If the power supply is insufficient, change the combination of the
modules or replace the power supply module.
Perform the following operations
•Power off and then on the programmable controller.
•Reset the CPU module.
If the RUN LED does not turn off even after above operations,
please consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
Refer to the manual for the CPU module and take corrective
actions.
