Manually adjusting speaker levels
You can adjust the ouiput level
of each
speaker while
listening to a music source. This is also possible when
playing sources through the MUM CH INPUT jacks.
Please note that this operation will override the level
adjustments made in ''BASIC SETUP" (page 22). "SP
LEVEL" (page
47) and "Using the test
tone" (page 43).

Press AMP.
Press LEVEL repeatedly to select the
speaker you want to adjust.
Using the test tone

use
the test tone feature to manually Balance your
weaker le\els. Please note that this operation will override
tile
level adjustments made in "BASIC SETUP - (page 22).
- SP LEVEL - (page 47) and "Manually adjusting speaker
levels' . (page 43). Use the test tone to set speaker levels so
that the volLIIIIC from each speaker is identical when heard
from your listening position.

The control range is from +10 dB to -ID dB.

Press SELECT when you have completed
your adjustment.
This operation can also he performed using the controls on the
front panel. Press NEXT repeatedly to select the speaker you
want to adjust. then press LEVEL —/+ to adjust the output level.

Press TEST.
The unit outputs a test
tone.
