10. Tighten the bleeder bolt on the
cylinder head when the coolant
comes out in a steady stream with
Tighten it to:
no bubbles.
9.8 N·m (1.0 kgf·m , 7 lbf·ft)
11. Reinstall the engine cover and
tighten the four nuts with washers
securely.
12. Put a new O-ring on the bleeding
plug, then reinstall the bleeding
plug on the expansion tank
securely. Tighten it to:
2.0 N·m (0.2 kgf·m , 1.4 lbf·ft)
13. Install the expansion tank cap and
tighten it slightly.
14. Start the engine and let it run until
the radiator cooling fan comes on
at least twice. Do not operate the
air conditioning system. Then stop
the engine.
Make sure to warm up the engine
to bleed the remaining air in the
engine block.

16. Install the expansion tank cap and
tighten it fully.
