Do not alter the suspension on this
car. If the car's height or the
suspension is changed, there is a
danger that the system may not
work properly.
If the car inclines toward either left
or right lane line due to the system
applying torque, stop using the
LKAS and have your car checked by
a dealer.
Lane Keeping Assist System (For some types)
Under the following conditions, the
system may not be able to establish
the correct car position or the
system will be suspended.
When sections of the road have an
increasing or decreasing number
of lane lines or the lane lines
intersect complicatedly.
When driving a slip road such as
near a parking area, a rest area, a
toll gate, an interchange, etc.
When a vehicle ahead is too close
to lane lines.
When lane lines are not clearly
visible due to mud, snow, rain, fog
or worn lines.
A sudden change between light
and dark such as an entrance or
exit of a tunnel.
When the car runs on a road
under construction or a limited
lane.
When the car runs on a lane with a
guardrail or a block wall on the
side.
When a road still slightly shows
old lane lines.
When the car runs on a curved
road over the speed limit.
