Cisco 6945 Phone and Voicemail User Guide
Missed Calls – This feature will display a list of all the calls you missed regardless of whether or not they
left a message.
o A number will appear within parenthesis just to the right of your line number indicating the
number of missed calls
o To view your missed calls, press the Applications button and then select Call History. You can
toggle between Missed Calls and All Calls by using the softkey at the bottom of the screen
o To call a number on the list simply use the navigation pad to scroll down to the desired number
and lift the handset or press the Speakerphone button to place the call.
User Options Web Page – Used to set up your speed dial lists and personal address book.

Phone Applications – Phone Applications are accessed by pressing the Applications button on your
phone. This button is located in the upper left corner of the main keypad area and looks like a round
sprocket or gear. Different applications are selected by using the blue navigation pad.

These numbers are updated via the User Options Web Page
User Options > Device > Speed Dials
You can have up to 199 different numbers
These are useful for your most frequently called numbers
They are used by dialing the assigned Abbreviated Dial Number on your phone keypad
and then pressing the Speed Dial softkey to dial.
Allows you to view a history of inbound calls (All or only Missed Calls) and outbound
calls
Ringtones
You can select from 29 different ringtones for each line
Contrast
You can adjust the contrast of your phone display
Displays phone network configuration information
