Listening to a message

o While listening to a message you can press the following keys to change how the message is
played.
o Press 4 to slow down the message
o Press 6 to speed up the message
o Press 8 to pause the message
o Press 7 to Rewind the message 5 seconds
o Press 9 to Fast Forward the message 5 seconds
o Press # to skip the message
o Press ## to save and skip message
To Send A Message... (works well for sending a message to multiple recipients)
o Log in to your account by pressing the Messages button on your phone
o Select Option 2
o Record your message
o Press # to continue with addressing options

To Forward a Message To Another Mailbox

o Wait for the message to finish playing
o Select Option 5
o Record your introduction (if desired) followed by the pound key (#)
o Enter the recipients extension number followed by the pound key
o Confirm the recipient's name by pressing the pound key
o Press the pound key one more time to send the message
