Adjusting the Quality for Various Communications
The following are the functions to adjust the quality for various communications in the DMR format:

Voice Channel Quality Threshold

Data Channel Quality Threshold

Encrypted Channel Quality Threshold

Vocoder FEC Threshold
Voice Channel Quality Threshold
Voice Channel Quality Threshold is the function to adjust the quality for various communications in the DMR
format.
The repeater executes error detection when the repeater receives an audio signal. If the errors of the received audio
signal are more than the value configured in Voice Channel Quality Threshold, the repeater determines that the
quality of the audio signal is low, and the repeater does not receive or repeat the audio signal.
Note
This function works on a channel with "DM" or "Mixed" configured in Channel Type.

Configuring Voice Channel Quality Threshold (
Data Channel Quality Threshold
Data Channel Quality Threshold is the function to adjust the quality for data communications in the DMR format.
The repeater executes error detection when the repeater receives a data communication signal. If the errors of the
received data communication signal are more than the value configured in Data Channel Quality Threshold, the
repeater determines that the quality of the data communication signal is low, and the repeater does not receive or
repeat the data communication signal.
