The total number of steps that can be programmed
is 473. If this maximum number of steps
is exceeded, no further input is possible. When entering very long tunes or tunes whose counter
melody has a complicated development
with many notes, it can happen that memory space
will not be sufficient. In such a case, we suggest that you use to optional Memory Extension
RAM
pack, By installing this RAM
pack, memory space is increased by an additional 512
steps for a total of 985 steps.

® Installing the RAM Pack
The RAM
pack used for the KX-101
is model RA-10.
() Turn off power.
(2) Open the battery compartment lid on the back of the unit.
