Is the cassette properly installed?

Is too much paper loaded in the cassettes?

Are the cassette side guides properly set?

Is the surface of pick up/ separation / forward roller

Is the DSDF installed and adjusted properly?

Is the transfer belt installed properly?

Reinstall the cassette properly.

Reduce paper.

Adjust the side guides.

Clean or replace the contaminated roller.

(Refer to 3.2.2.4.)

Reinstall the DSDF unit.

Adjust DSDF skew.

(Refer to 4.9.)

Reinstall PTB unit.

4. Troubleshooting
