Data format
Sets the resolution of AO values.
For the maximum resolution and AO value of each analog output
range, refer to the following.

Output range
Switches the analog output range for each channel. Switching the
range changes output conversion characteristic too.
Substitute value
Performs analog output using the preset value when a fieldbus error
occurs.
It depends on the setting of the parameter "Output behaviour on
fieldbus error" of the coupler.
