Cisco Headset 560 Series
Note To conserve the battery, your headset powers down if it is unpaired to a base for more than 20 minutes
(Firmware Release 2.1(1) or later).
Your Cisco Headset 560 Series is can hold its charge for up to 10 hours of continuous use. Seat your headset
in the base when the battery is low. It takes 3 hours for a battery to complete a full charge.
If you have Headset Firmware Release 2.1(1) or later, you can maintain call control through your Cisco
Headset 560 Series when multiple soft clients are open at the same time. For example, you can mute a call
on Microsoft Skype for Business and still maintain call control in Cisco Webex Teams.

Your headset buttons are used for basic call features.
