lack of resources (for example, FIFO overflow).
Total number of good packets (multicast, broadcast,
and unicast) that the phone received.
Total number of broadcast packets that the phone
transmitted.
Total number of multicast packets that the phone
transmitted.
Total number of LLDP frames that the phone sent out.
Total number of LLDP frames that timed out in the
cache.
Total number of LLDP frames that were discarded
when any of the mandatory TLVs is missing, out of
order, or contains out of range string length.
