You can also obtain much of this information, and obtain other related information, remotely through the
phone web page.
Display the Phone Information Window
Procedure
Step 1
Press Settings > System information.
Step 2
To exit the menu, press Exit.

Display the Status Menu

Procedure
Step 1
Press Settings > Status.
Step 2
To exit the menu, press Exit.

Display the Status Messages Window

Procedure
Step 1
Press Settings > Status > Status Messages.
Step 2
To exit the menu, press Exit.

Description
The phone has not previously obtained an
IP address from a DHCP Server. This can
occur when you perform an out of box or
factory reset.
The configuration file is too large for file
system on the phone.
Cisco IP Conference Phone Troubleshooting
Possible Explanation and Action
Confirm that the DHCP server is available
and that an IP address is available for the
phone.
Power cycle the phone.
