Set to vacuum operation
(-).

To do equal adjustments
(up or down) at the end of
the procedure, turn the
volume adjuster to the
middle of its range of
operation.

Seal the system.

Use the pump to set the
maximum vacuum or set
the vacuum you want to
adjust.

Adjust the vacuum
(+ decrease; - increase).

the procedure, turn the
volume adjuster fully
counter clockwise.

Seal the system.

Use the pump to
pressurise the system (up
to ≈20 bar)

Open the refill valve (1
turn)

Increase the pressure
with the volume adjuster
7
If increasing pressure the
limit of travel is reached,
close the refill valve

Wind the volume adjuster
fully counter clockwise.
There is no change in
pressure.

Refill the pressure
mechanism with the
pump (≈15 cycles)
10
Wind the volume adjuster
clockwise until the
pressure starts to
increase
11
Continue to do steps 7 to
10 until you get the
necessary pressure.
