Rinsing performance is
poor.
Detergent or softener
residue in the dispenser/

The amount and storage
conditions of the detergent used
might not be appropriate.
Not using HE detergent
Using excessive amount of
detergent
Drain hose may be folded.
Drain pump filter or drain itself
may be clogged.
Detergent (powder) may have
been put in wet dispenser drawer.
Detergent (powder) may have
gotten damp.
Softener may be too dense or
concentrated.
Water pressure might be low.
Detergent might be mixed with
the bleach/softener.
Feet might require adjustment.
Shipping bolts might not have
been removed.
There may be a small amount of
laundry in the drum.
The drum may be overloaded or
the clothes may be distributed
unevenly.
The appliance might be touching
a solid surface.
This is not a problem. Lapping
sound is normal at the end of the
drain operation.

There may be an imbalance of
laundry in the machine. The laundry
in the drum may be tangled up
too much. Laundry should be
rearranged and re-spun. No spinning
is performed when the laundry is
not evenly distributed in the drum to
prevent any damage to the appliance
and to its environment.
Store detergents in a cool and dry
place. Do not keep them under high
temperatures.
Use HE detergent.
Reduce the amount of detergent.
Check the drain hose and straighten
if necessary.
Clean the drain pump filter (See
"User maintenance instructions" ). If
the house drain pipes are clogged,
call a plumber for assistance.
Dry the dispenser drawer before
putting in powder detergent.
Store detergent in a cool and dry
place. Do not keep them under high
temperatures.
Dilute the softener by pouring some
warm water on it (dilute up to max
fill line).
Softener/bleach should not come
into contact with detergent when
being added.
Adjust the washer feet (See "Levelling
the Washer").
Remove the shipping bolts (See
"Removing Transport/Shipping
Bolts").
Add more laundry to the drum for
even load distribution next time you
operate the washer.
Reduce the amount of laundry in the
drum or balance the load by hand
next time you operate the washer.
Ensure that nothing touches the
washer.
It is not harmful to your washer.
