S1: on the rear panel of the DABK-801
"0". indicates that the lever is up.and,
"1" indicates that the lever is down.

"0": the side of the switch marked "ON"
"1": the other side
MTC output
S2-8 determines the MTC output mode.
$2-8 = 1: the DABK-801 does not output MTC
S2-8 = 0: the DABK-801 outputs MTC
This is the initial condition at the power is on. If an MIDI TIME
CODE COMMAND comes later, the MTC output status will be
changed.
Commands
09: PAUSE
The PCM-800 enters the STOP mode as well as when it receives an
MMC Stop command.
4A: GENERATOR COMMAND
The DABK-801 can operate 00: Stop and 01: Run, while it cannot
operate 02: Copy/Jam.
Information fields
4C: RECORD MODE
The RECORD MODE setting affects only MMC record commands.
Record commands from PCM-800 front panel or the RM-D800 -will
not be affected.
51: RECORD MONITOR
Relations between each mode and the PCM-800 status are shovn
below.
