Loosen the motor plate mounting
bolts.

Move the motor case to adjust the
slack.
If the value that has been measured in Step
5 is smaller than the value shown in the
table, move the motor case in the tension
increase direction. Conversely, if the
measured value is larger than the value
shown in the table, move the motor case in
the tension decrease direction.

Measure the belt tension again.
Follow Step 4 to measure the belt tension
again. When the measured value is within
the range shown in the table, the belt
tension adjustment is completed. If the
measured value is beyond the range, repeat
Steps 5 to 7.
Tighten the motor plate bolts

securely.

Reattach the belt cover.

We recommend using a tension meter to adjust the belt tension more accurately.
Recommended tension meter : U-505 (Made by UNITTA)
Measurement method
Pluck the belt at the load application position while referring to Step 5 so as to adjust the belt tension to the value shown
below.
