Prepare the machine according to the chapter "Run Auto Beam Calibration" in the Unscheduled
Maintenance section.
1. Press U U s s e e r r M M a a i i n n t t e e n n a a n n c c e e .
2. Press A A u u t t o o B B e e a a m m C C a a l l i i b b r r a a t t i i o o n n .
3. Insert the Calibration Plate into the chamber.
4. Press D D o o n n e e .
5. Press S S t t a a r r t t to activate the vacuum sequence.
6. Make sure that the table movement is activated.
7. Press S S t t a a r r t t to start the power supply.
8. Press (and keep pressed)S S t t a a r r t t to activate the auto
beam calibration.
