Shows the distance the table will move in the Z direction with each press of the
Step Up or Step Down buttons.
The step size can be changed by pressing the numeric key button.

Shows the current position of the table (z-axis movement) relative to the last time
the Set Offset button was pressed. The Set Offset button sets the current table po-
sition to zero.
