Outermost is the position the rake arm can move to, without physically colliding with a mechanical stop.

Fetch is the position at which the rake will move to fetch powder. Fetching is alternated between the left
and right side.

Rest is the position for rake protection while the melt process is in progress.

Centre is the rake centre position of the build tank.
