5.4.1.4 Replacing an Indoor Fan

Prerequisites
Context
Tools: Phillips screwdriver, socket wrench or adjustable wrench, diagonal pliers,
and cable tie
Procedure
Step 1 Hold down
screen displayed.
Step 2 Open the front door, and turn off the indoor unit power switch and the indoor
unit switch in the PDF.
Step 3 Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the six screws that secure the fan cover, and
remove the fan cover, as shown by (1) in
Step 4 After removing the cover of the electric control box, use diagonal pliers to cut off
the cable ties that secure the fan cable, remove the fan power cable terminal CN4
from the fan drive board, and pull the cable to a position near the fan.
Step 5 Remove the supply air NTC sensor and move the NTC cable to the bottom of the
fan.
Step 6 Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws that secure the fan grille, and
dispatch at least two people to pull out the fan support horizontally and remove it
from the cabinet, as shown by (2) in
