Universal parameter used as a key to identify
the point from which an alert is issued;
normally used by an upper level system to
select alerts to provide to a particular operator
who covers a specific area of the plant.

operation conditions and is composed of actual
mode, target mode, permitted modes, and
normal mode.
Indicates the error statuses related to the block
