TOTAL_NEAR_CLOSE_TIM has reached this
setting, a block alarm is generated.
Deviation high limit (%)
If the time period when the deviation is
continuously equal to or greater than
DEVIATION_LIM has reached the time set for
the first value in this parameter, a block alarm
is generated. If it has reached the time set for
the second value, the instrument transfers to
fault state. Negative value means off.
