(5) Starting the SLP function
The SLP function is constantly being executed. The planes subject to the position monitoring are switched
based on the current state of the monitoring mode and the setting of each monitoring plane (enable/disable
and applicable monitoring mode).
For example, in the case each plane is set as shown in the table below, monitoring planes applied/not
applied to this function are changed by monitoring mode switching.
