7.2 Emergency Operations for Circuit Breaker Tripping

Prerequisites
A circuit breaker has tripped.
Procedure
Step 1 Promptly locate the control range of the circuit breaker that has tripped.
Step 2 Analyze the cause of the circuit tripping and switch on the circuit breaker as soon as possible.

Issue 02 (2017-01-10)
If the switchover fails, manually start the DG within 5 minutes after the power outage
occurs. If the DG still cannot be started, back up data immediately.
If the DG starts and supplies power normally, find the cause of the power outage and the
DG backup time as soon as possible. If the DG can supply power until the mains supply is
restored, prepare for the subsequent power supply switchover. If the power provided by
the DG cannot sustain to the time the mains supply is restored, back up the data
immediately.
If the ATS switchover is working properly, check whether all devices are working
properly.
If the ATS switchover fails, manually switch the ATS to the other mains or DG supply,
and check whether all devices are working properly.
Important devices of the FusionModule1000 are powered by two power supplies. If one circuit breaker
trips, it does not affect the operation of importance devices. However, the situation needs to be handled
promptly to avoid jeopardizing the long term stable running of the equipment.
