4 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
See the documents delivered with
the RH2288 server.
If the running indicator is
blinking quickly, check the
power supply or the
communications cable between
the ECC500 and the host.
If the alarm indicator is on, view
and handle the alarms.
See the documents delivered with
the VCN500.
Swipe another access card and
observe the door status:
If the door can be opened by
another access card, the original
access card is damaged. Prepare
a new access card and assign
permission to the card.
If the door cannot be opened,
replace by following instructions
in
6.3.13.1 Replacing a Card

exit button is properly
connected.
