Replace batteries only with the ones of the same or equivalent type. Improper battery
replacement may cause an explosion.
Maintain and service batteries periodically, and clean contaminated terminals in time.
Assign only professional engineers to perform O&M for the cooling system.
Do not operate valves of the cooling system arbitrarily.
Do not block the air exhaust and return vents of air conditioners.
Promptly put serviced units into use after the cooling system is maintained; otherwise,
equipment cannot work at optimal status.
If the number of running air conditioners in an area is less than the rated minimum
number, some loads must be powered off; otherwise, temperature inside the container
may go out of control.
For detailed configurations of the cooling system, see the initial configuration parameter
manual for the solution in use.
Assign only professional engineers to perform O&M for the management system.
Routine maintenance for the management system is critical for long-term stable and
efficient operation of the FusionModule1000 because most alarms are reported over the
management system.
Promptly handle reported alarms to prevent equipment damage or service interruption.
Check and calibrate the hydrogen detection equipment sensors half a year within the
sensor service life (less than 5 years).
For detailed initial configurations for the management system, see the initial
configuration parameter manual for the solution in use.
Do not smoke or use open flame inside the container.
Assign fire engineers to perform O&M for the fire extinguishing system.
Take antistatic measures before operating a VESDA; otherwise, the VESDA may be
damaged.
Before performing semi-annual joint commissioning for a standard fire extinguishing
system, disconnect the electromagnetic valve, and insert the safety pin in the fire
cylinder to prevent extinguishant release due to misoperations.
Before performing joint commissioning for a CE fire extinguishing system, disconnect
the electromagnetic valve to prevent extinguishant release due to misoperations.
